Instituto Ido · ido.institute
Your dream becomes a social impact project.
Ido connects those who can fund an idea with those who know how to carry it out. The sponsor pays the executor directly, with no middleman. Afterwards, Ido publishes what was done.
How it works
Four steps, no bureaucracy in between.
Small, one-off projects with a beginning, a middle and an end. As a rule, Ido does not hold anyone's money. It connects the right people and shows the result.
It all starts on one side
It can be a sponsor who wants to support a concrete project in food, education or social protection, or someone who knows how to execute and has an idea but needs resources.
Ido looks for the missing side
If it started with a sponsor, Ido looks for someone to execute; if it started with an idea, Ido looks for someone to fund it. Ido’s AI agents, which will learn with every round, will run systematic searches across platforms, without stopping, and will point to the best match. The Board decides.
Ido fits the project to both sides
With both sides identified, Ido tailors the project to sponsor and executor, with mediation, adjustments and its own tools, which will be used in this phase. The goal is a complete fit. Payment goes straight from one to the other; as a rule, Ido does not receive or pass on project funds.
Ido publishes what was done
At the end, the result and the accounting are public, for anyone who wants to check. What is learned feeds the next searches.
Minimum rule for a project to be listed: have an identified executor and commit to public accountability at the end.
About us
Real people behind the bridge.
Instituto Ido (“I do”) is a non-profit civil association being set up in Brazil. It seeks grants, public calls, donations and sponsorships for social action in Brazil and abroad, and connects those who fund with those who carry out. It is a bridge: it is not a partner in, or the owner of, any business, and it sells no product.

The Ido family
Here, family is not just a surname. It is a way of being. The Ido family brings together people who look at the world from the same place: with character, with their word, and with the will to make a difference wherever they are.
Every family has its DNA, and Ido’s is made of ideals. Believing that a dream becomes a project when someone decides to act. Caring for those who need it most, starting with children. Doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Dreaming big and keeping your feet on the ground.
We are citizens of the world. A good idea has no passport, no nationality, and is never stopped at a border. Neither does the will to help. Anyone who shares these ideals is welcome, wherever they come from: volunteers, implementers, funders, partners, organizations. The family grows this way, one person at a time, through affinity and character.
The directors serve as volunteers, without pay.
The four directors are one family: Rodrigo is the father of João Pedro, Felipe and Clara. The kinship is a fact, and it is declared here. When a director has a tie to a project, they declare it and do not vote or sign for Ido on that matter.
For sponsors
You don't need to know how to execute to make it happen.
Sponsors make things happen too: without the payment, the project stays on paper. Each listed project shows who carries it out and how the result will be published. As a rule, payment goes straight to the executor and does not pass through Ido.

Aina
Tracking children, saving livesA platform to monitor and track children facing food insecurity and child malnutrition in Madagascar. It follows the CMAM and WHO protocols and was designed for field agents with little smartphone experience. Aina’s modules are grouped by function in the fight against malnutrition, with advanced forecasting functions based on statistical models (Aina Compass, under construction, awaiting funding). Today it is used by Fraternidade sem Fronteiras - Ação Madagascar, an organization independent of Ido.
Production figures as of October 3, 2026.
Aina apps
Aina brings together these apps, each with its own role.
Aina Field
The field app, the root of Aina: the information that feeds Aina Dashboard is born here. Used by agents, nurses and doctors to record care visits and the children’s nutritional measurements, it collects the anthropometric data and the location of the visit and quietly handles much of the work in the background, following international protocols. This way, the team is not overloaded with collecting and processing data in the field.
Aina Dash
The compact version of the Aina dashboard for the phone, with everything you need to see, in real time, in the palm of your hand, to make the most urgent decisions. A child’s life cannot wait. It holds the indicators and charts on child malnutrition in the communities being followed.
Aina CompassUnder construction, awaiting funding
Aina’s learning and ranking component: the field work planning app, which will be supported by continuous learning from field data. It will learn from Aina Dashboard and guide the Aina Field agent, optimizing field work. It will also forecast and smartly distribute food supplies, such as therapeutic food, with trials run on the historical records of Aina Dashboard. It will show priorities and suggest routes for the most urgent actions, always in favor of life.
Aina Dashboard
The Aina Administrative dashboard, where all the information lives. It holds the administrative edits, maps and coordinates of the villages, a map of children by nutritional status, the data for forecasting local supplies to fight food insecurity and malnutrition, and much more.
